  • Occupational therapy research can help the casino industry better understand ergonomic risks, support dealer wellbeing, and improve long-term workplace health.

Occupational therapists study how workplace demands affect the body and mind. Casino dealers face unique ergonomic and cognitive pressures including repetitive wrist motion, prolonged standing, and sustained mental workload. This research aims to better understand these challenges and identify solutions that can support a healthier casino workforce.
